What is Postification?
Postification is an autopilot scheduling tool for X (Twitter) that helps you grow your account consistently without being online 24/7. Schedule posts ahead of time, post at optimal times, and build real engagement—all automatically.
How does scheduling work?
Once you connect your X account, you can schedule posts for any future date and time. Our system uses cron jobs to automatically publish your posts at the scheduled time, even if your device is off. You select the exact date and time (in your timezone), and we ensure posts are sent at the right moment. Note: You can only schedule posts for future times—past dates are automatically disabled.
Do I need to keep the app open?
No. Postification runs entirely on autopilot. Once you schedule a post, it will be published automatically at the scheduled time—even if your browser is closed or your device is off. Our servers handle everything.
Is it safe? How are my tokens handled?
Yes, security is our top priority. We use OAuth 2.0 to connect your X account, which means we never see your password. Your access tokens are encrypted and stored securely. We only request the minimum permissions needed to post on your behalf, and you can revoke access at any time from your X account settings.
What permissions does Postification request from X?
We request read and write permissions for tweets, which allows us to schedule and publish posts on your behalf. We do not request access to your DMs, followers list, or private information. You maintain full control and can disconnect your account at any time.
Can I post media (images, videos)?
Media support depends on your X API plan and our current implementation. Basic media posting is supported, but some advanced features (like video uploads or multiple images) may require specific X API tiers. We're continuously improving media capabilities—check your dashboard for current support options.
Can I manage multiple X accounts?
Currently, Postification supports one X account per user account. Multi-account management is on our roadmap and coming soon. Each user account can connect one X account for now.
What happens if a post fails to publish?
If a post fails, we automatically retry once after a short delay. All attempts (successful or failed) are logged in your Activity timeline. You'll see the status clearly marked, and you can manually reschedule if needed. Failed posts don't count against your scheduled limit.
What's the difference between Monthly and Yearly plans?
Monthly plans are $6.99/month, while Yearly plans are $36.99/year (equivalent to $3.08/month), saving you over 56% compared to monthly. Both plans include all features—the only difference is billing frequency. Yearly is the best value for long-term users.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from the Billing page in your dashboard. Once payment processing is fully enabled, you'll be able to access the Paddle Customer Portal directly from there to update payment methods, cancel your subscription, or view invoices. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase for new subscriptions, provided you haven't used more than 10 scheduled posts. For detailed information about refund eligibility, processing, and non-refundable cases, please see our Refunds page.
What about data privacy and account deletion?
Your data is yours. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Settings page. We comply with GDPR requirements and handle data deletion promptly. When you delete your account, all scheduled posts, activity logs, and personal information are permanently removed from our systems.
How can I get support?
For technical support or questions, please email us at support@postification.com. We typically respond within 24 hours. You can also check the Activity timeline in your dashboard to see detailed logs of your scheduled posts and any issues.
What features are coming next?
We're continuously improving Postification. Upcoming enhancements include enhanced calendar insights, improved activity analytics, better media support, and multi-account management. While we don't share specific timelines, we prioritize features based on user feedback.
