This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to Postification. We are committed to transparency and fairness in our refund practices. This policy explains when refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.
Postification operates on a one-time payment model for paid subscriptions. This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws while clearly setting expectations for our refund practices.
This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
2. Subscription Plans
Postification offers Premium subscription plans with two billing options:
Monthly Subscription
- Billed monthly on a recurring basis
- Access to Premium features is granted immediately upon successful payment
- Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled
- You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for the current billing period once payment is processed
Yearly Subscription
- Billed annually as a one-time payment
- Access to Premium features is granted immediately upon successful payment
- Your subscription automatically renews each year unless cancelled
- You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period, except as required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion
Important: Because Postification is a digital service that provides immediate access to features upon payment, standard refund rights may be limited in many jurisdictions. However, we will consider refund requests in the circumstances outlined below.
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
3.1 Legal Requirements
If your jurisdiction requires refund rights for digital services (such as the European Union's 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts), we will comply with those legal requirements. This may include:
- Right to withdraw within a specified period (e.g., 14 days in the EU)
- Refunds required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
If you are located in a jurisdiction with mandatory refund rights, those rights will apply as required by law, even if not explicitly stated in this policy.
3.2 Duplicate Payments
If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a technical error on our part or a payment processor error, we will refund all duplicate charges upon verification.
3.3 Service Unavailability (Exceptional Cases)
If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our part (not including scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages, or force majeure events), and you are unable to use the service you paid for, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Note: Temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or issues with third-party APIs (such as X/Twitter API outages) do not qualify for refunds, as these are outside our direct control and are addressed in our Terms of Service.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind: If you simply change your mind about the purchase after accessing the service
- Lack of usage: If you do not use the Premium features or use them infrequently
- Subscription cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for
- Third-party API limitations: If you are unable to use certain features due to limitations, changes, or outages of third-party social media APIs (e.g., X/Twitter API changes)
- Account suspension or termination: If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Technical issues on your end: If you are unable to access the service due to issues with your device, internet connection, or browser compatibility
- Dissatisfaction with features: If the service functions as described but does not meet your expectations
- Price changes: If we change our pricing after your purchase
- Billing cycle completion: For monthly subscriptions, no refunds are provided for the current month once payment is processed. For yearly subscriptions, no partial refunds are provided for unused months, except as required by law
We recommend reviewing our features, pricing, and Terms of Service before making a purchase to ensure the service meets your needs.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider:
- We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account
- We may dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery to the payment processor
- Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
- We may refuse future service to accounts with a history of chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to working with you to resolve concerns fairly.
Chargebacks are intended for cases of fraud or unauthorized charges, not for refund requests. Using chargebacks for refund requests may be considered abuse of the payment system.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Transaction ID or payment receipt
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant documentation or evidence

Review timeframe: We will review your refund request within 5-10 business days and respond to you via email. If additional information is required, we will contact you.
Processing time: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Denied requests: If your refund request is denied, we will provide a clear explanation of the reason. You may have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws.
7. Legal Compliance
This Refund Policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws. However, your jurisdiction may provide additional refund rights that override or supplement this policy.
European Union: If you are located in the EU, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, this right may not apply to digital content that is provided immediately upon purchase, depending on your jurisdiction's implementation of EU law.
Other jurisdictions: Consumer protection laws vary by jurisdiction. We will comply with mandatory refund requirements in your jurisdiction.
Governing law: This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, but we will respect mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
