Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all payments for Postification subscriptions. Postification sells digital subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle Market Ltd. (“Paddle”), which is the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Paddle is responsible for processing refunds.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of your purchase. The refund applies to the subscription payment for that purchase. After 14 days from the purchase date, the payment is non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window:
- Email support@postification.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include the email address associated with your account and the date of purchase (or transaction/receipt details if you have them)
We will confirm your request and forward it to Paddle. Paddle will process the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. How long the refund takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer; typically it is within 5–10 business days after Paddle processes it.
4. Who Processes Refunds
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your transaction. Refunds are processed by Paddle and will be credited to the original payment method. Postification does not hold or process your payment; we work with Paddle to fulfill refund requests that fall within this policy.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account (Billing page → Manage Subscription, which opens the Paddle customer portal). Cancellation stops future charges; it does not by itself create a refund. Refunds are only available as described in section 2 (within 14 days of the relevant purchase).

6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. The policy that applied at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
